Refund and Exchange Policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the damaged condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please make sure to raise a return request within 24 hours of receiving the product.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without requesting a return first will not be accepted.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned. This includes bulk orders and other items clearly marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.
Exchanges
If approved, exchange of products will be processed, and the replacement product will be delivered within 2 days from the date of approval.
Replacement
If approved, replacement of products will also be processed, and the replacement item will be delivered within 2 days from the date of approval.
Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, the refund will be automatically credited to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund to your account.
